There is a sublime, almost religious satisfaction in sitting down in front of a live fire with a plate of raw, heavily marbled beef and a freezing cold beer. It’s an interactive theater of fat, smoke, and instinct. And if you want to experience this ritual at its absolute peak, you don't look for white tablecloths or corporate steakhouse polish. You look for a place that feels a bit tucked away, cozy, and smells instantly like caramelized soy, rendered fat, and sweet wood charcoal the second you open the door. This is world-class Yakiniku. You start with the yukke—the raw beef tartare. In lesser hands, raw beef can be a texture game with no payoff. Here? It’s seasoned with precision, rich, clean, and spiked with an egg yolk that ties the whole beautiful mess together. It’s a declaration of intent: we know meat, and we know how to treat it. Then, the main event. Plates of A5 Wagyu, Kobe outside skirt, and prime beef tongue arrive, sliced with the kind of geometric reverence usually reserved for fine tailoring. I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious, and the service is truly exceptional. Even if you come here alone, you’ll feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of—just like being at home. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable. Highly recommended for everyone. I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered a variety of items and my expectations were blown out of the water. I could not recommend this restaurant enough. As a very frugal individual, I would gladly pay anytime for this echelon of quality. If you are looking for a top notch Japanese grilling experience, this restaurant is THE best if not one of the best choices you could decide on. The servers are also very nice, and the atmosphere is cozy. 10/10!

First time in this Japanese BBQ cozy place and what a delicious food they serve. The meat is top choice, from beef to chicken and desserts are great! Service is great, all staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Meat quality is so damn delicious! The Short rib and skirt steak were our faves, we also tried the A5 wagyu and it was melt in your mouth delicious as well. Don't skip on the cartilage and sausage, if you're looking for great pairings to go with your beer. The Yukhae (raw beef dish) was super delicious and I'm not a raw beef person in general. I would definitely order that again though. Get here early, about 15min before they open to avoid the lines. It's a small restaurant with mostly 4-tops , I saw maybe 1 table that could accommodate a party of 8-10 max, so if you have a larger party be prepared to sit separately. The service is great, they were on point with water refills and checking to see if we wanted to order any additional items. They have a weekday special for $67 where you can try 2 of our favorite meats + their miso chicken thigh, and the veggies it comes with are minimal (1pc pumpkin, couple pieces of bell pepper, and a slice of carrot). I heard their yookaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) was good but we didn't try it this time. Also, don't sleep on their black sesame and yuzu ice cream!
